Ft. Lauderdale, Florida – June 11, 2002 – CyberGuard Corporation (AMEX: CFW), formerly (OTCBB: CYBG), the technology leader in network security, today announced that the company's securities will begin trading on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) under the ticker symbol “CFW,” when the market opens this morning. Performance Specialist Group is the specialist for the stock.
