JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA —Telesis Solutions, Inc., a provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology and Contact Center solutions, today announced that Clinton V. Barrow has been named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Mr. Barrow brings over 22 years of finance and banking expertise to the Company, with previous experience in executing strategic capital plans and coordinating management teams poised for strong near term growth. He began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank, and was a partner at Peachtree Franchise Finance in Atlanta. Prior to Peachtree, Mr. Barrow was a key person at Franchise Mortgage Acceptance Corp ("FMAC") located in Greenwich, CT.
