Enterprise Development Corporation Taps Internet and New Media Visionary for Fall Technology Showcase

Recognized Global Leader to Deliver Keynote Address on November 21, 2002
Boca Raton, FL – August 6, 2002 – The Enterprise Development Corporation (EDC), a public/private partnership specializing in providing strategic business development services to emerging science and technology companies, today announced that Ted Leonsis, Vice Chairman of America Online, Inc. will address the audience at its Fifth Annual Emerging Technology Business Showcase (ETBS). Mr. Leonsis is considered a founding father of the new media industry, and is leading cutting-edge efforts to create new and scalable businesses and services for AOL. Leonsis is also a philanthropist and majority owner of the Washington Capitals NHL Hockey Team, and minority owner of the Washington Wizards NBA Team as well as the MCI Center.
