Americas Software to Install Anti-Money Laundering, USA PATRIOT Act Compliance Software at Coconut Grove Bank in Florida

MIAMI, August 7, 2002 – Americas Software today announced it has signed a contract to install its ASSIST//ck® money-laundering detection system at Coconut Grove Bank, a state-chartered, Federal Reserve-member bank with three branches in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Coconut Grove Bank will use ASSIST//ck to comply with the anti-money laundering provisions of the USA PATRIOT Act and automate the detection, investigation and reporting of suspect money-laundering activity.
