REAL ESTATE CHANNEL SUCCESFULLY EXPANDS NEW ONLINE LEAD SERVICES FOR REALTORS®

ORLANDO, FL (July 11, 2002) Recognizing the need to provide more in-depth buying and selling assistance to its large online audience, the REAL ESTATE CHANNEL announced today the successful launch of a new online home buyer and seller lead generation services for participating Realtors®.

The REAL ESTATE CHANNEL's website (www.RealEstateChannel.com) now allows home buyers and sellers to fill out one simple information request form online, submit it and then receive both information and multiple service bids that compete for their real estate business. These new information services are a convenience tool for consumers that are also reverse auctions and lead generation engines that match consumers with pre-screened and experienced real estate brokers.
