This sophisticated software system operates on easy-to-find hand-held devices and allows companies to track, manage, and evaluate field employees.

In the field, Service Mobility™ becomes a mobile computer designed for service technicians or any outside workforce and operates on any easy-to-find hand-held device running the Palm Inc. operating system (version 3.5 or greater).

Flexibility is built into the Service Mobility™ design. The software utilizes a variety of communication technologies and is fully customizable. The system can be configured to transmit data using any combination of direct connections, local area networks, or wireless cellular modems. It is ideal for use throughout the United States as Service Mobility™ can operate without Internet access or wireless capabilities. The remote data acquisition features of Service Mobility™ can be customized to collect company specific information. This information is then transmitted to the main office for reporting. All types of tasks are possible: from simple checklists to complex vehicular maintenance record keeping and even basic inventory management functions. Service Mobility™ even works with barcode scanners and credit card swipe devices.
