Alex Kremper, CNBB’s IT Administrator, and DocuVantage have rolled out Electronic Workflow for customer loan processing.

The Electronic Document Management software provided by DocuVantage allows secure, instant access to customer and bank records as well the ability to route documents more quickly through the correct processing procedures. These benefits greatly reduce the time bank personnel previously spent manually processing loan documents; thereby reducing the amount of time customers will spend waiting for a status, decision or loan closing.
