Pronto Circuit Technologies Opens
New Multilayer Facility


FORT LAUDERDALE, FL- APRIL, 2002-- Pronto Circuit Technologies (PCT) has announced the completion of its new state-of-the-art thin-core, inner layer processing facility, located at 1165 N.W. 55th Street in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

"PCT has more than 10 years experience in thin core layers, and the upgrade in facilities and equipment now allows us to facilitate finer lines and higher layer counts," said Don Pucci, PCT President.

To commemorate the occasion customers and sales representatives received in-depth technical tours and participated in an open forum with PCT management to address customer needs and expectations.

The new facility utilizes new equipment dedicated to the processing of inner layers, including a Class 10,000 clean room, X-ray Drill, Conveyorized "MultiBond" line, Computer-controlled lamination press and a Develop-Etch-Strip line that can accommodate .002" material. Added capabilities include improved quality, higher throughput, increased layer counts, .004" lines and spaces, and a finished hole size of .008".

Immediate efficiencies and advantages are evident in PCB designs requiring 6 to greater than 20 layers. PCT, a manufacturer of quick-turn multilayer printed circuit boards has approximately 100 employees and is in the middle of a calculated growth strategy to reach $30-plus million in revenue.
