CELLIT Opens Cape Town Office; Names ATIO Corporation a Reseller

MIAMI – November 6, 2001 – CELLIT Technologies, the leading global provider of comprehensive customer interaction management (CIM) solutions for contact centers, is expanding its operations in South Africa. The company announced today that it has opened a South Africa office and has named ATIO Corporation, an independent IT services, solutions and systems integration company, as a Value Added Reseller (VAR) in the region.

As part of the expansion, CELLIT has launched an aggressive sales and marketing initiative. The company’s South Africa office, led by Country Manager Jeremy Hewson, maintains a diverse and growing customer base with companies including Metropolitan Odyssey, a division of Metropolitan Life Insurance; Hollard Insurance; B Clear and Simple, a mobile phone provider and Dialogue Communications, a contact center service bureau.
