ORT and GSI Added To Cribis’ Extensive List of Skyminder Information Providers

TAMPA, Fla. — December 3rd, 2001 - SkyMinder today announced its partnership with two information providers –ORT and Global Securities Information (GSI). The addition of these providers continues SkyMinder’s position as the most comprehensive online data source with in-depth information on more 31 million public and private companies across more than 230 countries.

ORT, a subsidiary of Reuters Group, contains information on five million French companies. SkyMinder users will be able to access ORT’s database of credit reports, financial analysis, shareholder information, raw data, original documents (including articles of association and memoranda), legal and statutory information, balance sheet ratios and key figures, as well as the opinion of the banking sector and news coverage from the French press. ORT’s accuracy is ensured by investigators who cross-check all available sources and update the database daily.

Global Securities Information (GSI) is a leading provider of research, data and alerts of securities, legal and regulatory filings for legal and financial professionals. GSI’s award-winning products and services will expedite SkyMinder clients’ ability to find relevant and accurate answers to questions relating to securities filings. Based in Washington, D.C., GSI will provide SkyMinder users access to U.S. public company EGDAR information filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). These public documents will be available through the Company folder in SkyMinder.

LIVE updates from GSI for new filings will assure SkyMinder is able to provide the most current and accurate SEC filings on approximately 14,000 public companies throughout the United States to its users.
