The password protected extranet site was launched Monday, October 15, 2001. “The project management system enables our five agencies to share ideas and increases interdepartmental communication,” said PCED IT Analyst, Michael Maruschak. “Having the whole system Web-based is especially important for our staff on the road who still need to be involved with the projects.” "Implementing a system such as this would help many organizations achieve a level of efficiency that is nearly impossible without the Internet.
