Naples, Fla., September 12, 2002 – SmartDisk Corporation (NASDAQ: SMDK) today announced PC Photo Show, a new software package for digital photographers who want to easily create professional looking slides shows with music.

PC Photo Show offers an enjoyable way to build slide shows with music and share them via email or burn them to a CD. The software has a simple drag-and-drop Windows interface that allows the user to focus on the creative aspects of the process – picture order, choosing images for a show or individual pictures, determining captions – rather than the mechanics. Despite its ease of use, PC Photo Show offers a number of powerful features: multiple audio files per slide show, photo-specific music or sound effects, fully configurable subtitling, and a host of professional-looking picture-to-picture transitions.

No other available slide-show software offers PC Photo Show’s flexibility when it comes to incorporating music with slides. A play list can be constructed for a show or a single picture, adding variety to slide shows that loop several times. In addition, music can be mixed with specific pictures or effects, and can be instructed to keep playing, even when the slide show is paused. Another unique feature of PC Photo Show is its flexibility to allow adding captions and rotation effects to original images, without copying or changing them—saving disk space and avoiding confusion from multiple copies of the same image.
