The WoundMatrix™ software program imports digital color photos of wounds, and uses a unique measurement approach to precisely and objectively measure wound sizes.

In just one application, WoundMatrix™ pulls together and integrates wound-related information that heretofore resided in disparate media such as paper, photos, graphs, doctors’ notes, and patient files.

Among the information that WoundMatrix™ gathers and displays is: Wound Sites, Patient Wound Images, Precise Wound Measurements, Graphs and Charts, Visit History, Doctors’ Notes, Diagnoses, and Treatments.

To more accurately communicate wound diagnosis and treatment, WoundMatrix™ utilizes Complete Physicians’ Current Procedural Terminology (CPT)TM, ICD-9 and HCPCS Code databases, which reside within the program and are updated annually.

WoundMatrix™ permits patient wound information to be archived, compared and reported, for example, to payers over time. Reports are color documents, which include texts, photos, graphs and charts that can be viewed, printed or e-mailed.
